NoonBrew & Gin Cranberry Fizz

Serves: 2

2 oz. gin
1⁄2 lemon, juiced
1 cup cranberry juice
1⁄2 tsp NoonBrew
2 cans club soda
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 fresh thyme sprigs, to garnish.
Fresh cranberries

1. In a cocktail ice shaker, add all the ingredients and shake until chilled. Strain into two serving glasses.
2. Top ice, followed by club soda. Garnish with cranberries, thyme and serve.
