MoonBrew has a light, subtle, and floral Rose flavored taste. It is not bitter by any means and there should be no sediments at the bottom of your mug when you are done drinking

NoonBrew has around 30mg of caffeine from the Oolong & White tea which is ~1/3 the amount in coffee. It's balanced out by L-Theanine and Lemon Balm though so you don't feel the same "jittery" or "wired" feeling that's common after drinking coffee.

No, there is no caffeine or melatonin within MoonBrew. We chose not to include melatonin so that you are able to drink MoonBrew nightly.

The best way to make NoonBrew is to add 1 teaspoon to 12 - 16 ounces of cold water, mix it up with a spoon or frother, and then add ice and a squeeze of lemon. We’re also fans of adding it to smoothies, protein shakes, and flavored sparkling water.

Absolutely! It dissolves very nicely in hot water and you can taste more of the citrus-y lemon notes. We recommend adding some honey and heating the water to 185 degrees if you have an electric kettle.

There are no artificial or processed sweeteners in NoonBrew. We use a combination of Monk Fruit juice, orange juice, and lemon juice extract, which contains only trace amounts of sugar. Monk Fruit is also a zero glycemic index food, making it diabetic and keto friendly.
